The food was okay, everything was made correctly, food was hot and delicious. Picture attached is of the new guac and bacon chicken sandwich.

Jack in the Box has always been one of my favorite fast food restaurants. They rarely disappoint me as others do & tonight was no exception. The gal who took my order made a small mistake & she fixed it for free & went above & beyond. I really have no complaints!

The food was great. The only problem that I had was that while trying to place my order at the drive thru, there was a language barrier, which made it impossible to understand what she was saying to me. I had to ask her to repeat herself more than 8 times. I finally just said, "I dont know what you are saying," then repeated my order until it appeared correctly on the screen. Then I sat at the first window waiting for a cashier for a few minutes until I pulled up to the second window, at which time someone took my payment. Maybe the drive-thru isn't the best place to put a worker who can not speak English clearly.

I have to say. We are traveling and this was a bit out of our way! It's ok tho because Christian AND Zack(spell check). They delivered probably the most kind, careful customer service experiences I have ever had. Honestly not only was the food FRESH.. they literally got it ALL right!! CHRISTIAN took our order and we ordered a large amount of food and he gave us recommendations the whole way thru our order. Not once did I feel he was annoyed by us.. Zack handed us our food and he was SOOOO kind. He really made us smile with his kindness.. I love great customer services so I can go on and on. I just wanted to shout them out. They really made our experience SOOOO amazing. We will be back!!

By far the best Jack in the Box I've ever been to in 30 years. They did get a couple items wrong, but without a prompt from us they came out to the car when they saw us trying to sort it out, and they made it right. Way to be!!

I'm sure glad that Jack in the box had plenty of hamburger meat for their burgers unlike Burger King. B.K. dropping the ball again. Thanks for always being there Jack!

Food was good made quickly had it before I even got done filling my drink and more drink options than I'd ever seen the only reason I rate it 4 instead of 5 star is there was no AC so it was hot.
